Lousy Day

this few days I could not eat and drink well
appetite is not my enemy but sorethroat
this is the result of over indulgence in heaty food
was hoping my throat would be much better
after drinking lots of water
but alas! the soreness did not go away
instead i ended up in the toilet for more than 5 times

Dear blog, I am Back (Hope it Last)

it seems quite long that I have left my blog in solitude
not knowing how long i have abandoned it
the word blog just never come to my mind
when i surf the net
all i could think of was facebook and msn
but now getting back the feeling to share my thoughts
hoping this feeling will last
discipline is my next challenge
as I work towards writing consistently in my blog
