Last Saturday was an eventful day for me. Early in the dawn when greyish sky started to vanish and blue sky begun to take control of the day, I went to our regular haunt for a badminton match with my usual gang. We played together and our movements on court were superb like a cat and a mouse gliding every inch of the court. After two hours of strenunous match, I believed I had burnt enough fats for me to afford to be a glutton for the day. Yummy, can’t wait to get home to devour a whole chicken, exaggerated a bit, actually only one drumstick was waiting for me at home.
After a delicious lunch, I went to school to meet up with Jin Ming. We were patiently waiting for the bus to take us to the venue of the orchestra concert. At that time, dark clouds were starting to shed their tears, thank goodness it lasted for a short while. I have never been to an orchestra and this was my first experience. I was amazed by the orchestra group performances. Imagine different groups playing different instruments and yet all of them could synchronize their part so well. The combination of the melodies were harmoniously played through, they were so soothing to my ears.
Not only the music was excellent, the performers took pain to dress up for the occasion. Their hairdos were so creative- some had their hair spiraled up like a pointed mountain, some had colourful hair and some had their hair braided like sausages in different angles. After the performance, I playfully touched Yen Yin pointed hairdo because it was so cute.
Kudos to all the performers for a great entertainment.
Jin Ming and I ended the day with high-tea in Maideen. Too bad, Wendy, the great singer could not join us otherwise she would have got a free maggi goreng from us.

Thank God, ... it's SaTURDAY
After being inundated with exams and homework for at least a week, finally my mind, body and soul have time to take a break. Today, I had expected that I would be extremely exhausted as I needed to go through 2 arduous activities - badminton and mountain climbing. I would like to share my adventure with all of you. First, let’s go to badminton. As usual, me, Jay See, Justin, Kah Leong and Chee Jie went to the condo to have a badminton match. We played together and surprisingly they have changed their style of play especially Jay See. He demonstrated skills at the net like Lee Yong Dae which was very intimidating. Then, suddenly ‘Leng Lui’ appeared. As usual, we had a glimpse of the Leng Lui and I think this is already our habits. Hahaha. Sharp at 10, it was sad because I got to leave them, my beloved friends, for mountain climbing.
When I headed on to the guard house to join Jin Ming, Yan Ping, Thian Ho and Seng Hong for our hiking, their faces looked like they had been charged with Energizer battery, ready to go!! Zoom! Zoom! Then we departed to Mount Apek. According to Jin Ming, the journey to the waterfall would be 3 times tougher than Ketumbar Hill. Jin Ming was right. The uphill challenge was really really tough until we got tired and had to rest at several intervals.
After hiking for 2 hours, finally we arrived at the waterfall. All of us quickly took off our sandles and of course shirts but not underwear la. Then, we immersed our legs into the water. The water was so cold and clean and the waterfall flowed like an avalanche. When I submerged my whole body into the cold water, my mind was thinking about Titanic and I don’t know why. After we had adjusted to the temperature of the water, we took photos in various model posts and all I could say is YENG.
It was a great outing, but all good things must come to a close. We washed up and continued our journey down the mountain. Once we exited the mountain, we went to quench our thirst with a coconut drink. When the cold drink ran down my throat, I felt so satisfied. Like the snow white and the seven dwarfs, we hei ho, hei ho back to our home sweet home.

Like or Love?
When you admire somebody for her beauty, brain or anything that is good about her, that means you like her. This is not love. Love is a deeper level of feelings. It involves sacrifices and commitment. I have admired a few girls who exhibit the above mentioned traits or characteristics and I am brave enough to say that I like them, that's all. I am too young to be in love.
In future, when you hear me talking great things about a girl or a boy or getting friendly with the person, don't jump into conclusion so quickly.. It might affect the involved party and create unnecessary embarrassment as a result of it. This is just my 2 cents thought which I like to share with all of you.
